The Tap On is Bloch's leather upper, leather sole tap shoe with 3/4 heel. The buckle is attached by elastic for a firmer fit and the taps are screwed on top of a resonating board. If dancer is in between sizes, purchasing a halter pad is a great choice with a slightly bigger shoe. As their feet grow, remove the pad.
